| 2. | The registration fee covers the following: all sessions, the reception dinner on December 5, shuttle service between Hsinchu HSR Station, Ho Hotel, and NYCU Chiaotung Campus, conference package, as well as tea breaks and lunch on December 5 and 6. |
| 3. | Conference participants whose papers and panels are accepted must register in order to attend the conference. |
| 4. | For non-ALSA members who would prefer to pay the discounted ALSA member rate, you may join ALSA as a member at this link https://www.alsa.network/join-alsa before registering. |
| 5. | Travel and Accommodation: Presenters are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel and accommodation expenses. |
| 6. | You are advised to make these arrangements by September 30 to avoid any disappointment in hotel guestroom or air-ticket availability. |
| 7. | For students and non-members, a portion of the fee may be remitted to ALSA as membership for the following year. |
| 8. | Requests for registration cancellation and refunds will be accepted until no later than the first day of November 2026, with a maximum refundable amount of 50% (fifty percent) of the registration fee. To apply for a refund, please contact lawconf@nycu.edu.tw and provide your full name, payment date, and the total amount paid. |
